LifeGroups

LifeGroups at CWC are an important way that we grow closer to God and to one another. LifeGroups are in-home small groups that meet weekly and are are open to adults of any age. The size of each group is limited to 6-12 people to provide an ideal size for spiritual growth for each person.

Our LifeGroups are based upon the pattern of the Wesleyan Class Meeting. The small groups were essential to the growth of the Wesleyan revival that began in England in the mid 1700’s. These gatherings were, and continue to be, a significant catalyst to help individuals and churches grow in their relationships with God. CWC LifeGroups are open to people who are lifelong Christians, new to a relationship with Jesus, or those who are exploring what it means to follow God.

While CWC offers meaningful worship, Bible study, service, and fellowship opportunities, LifeGroups are the key mechanism for spiritual growth. LifeGroups are open to everyone. We currently have groups that meet in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties, during the day and the evening, and on a several days of the week.

How was your week with God?

Practicing our faith can be hard. We need other’s support and encouragement on this journey. God knew this and created us for community, to live our lives with each other.
